Every pair is inspected before dispatch. We stand behind the frames we ship and treat defects seriously so your customers get a product they'll come back for.
Defect replacement
- Report any manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Confirmed defects are replaced free of charge in your next shipment, or refunded.
- Defect rate is kept below 1% through pre-shipment QC on every carton.
Warranty
All frames carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (hinge, welding, coating). The warranty covers material and workmanship faults, not accidental damage or normal wear.
What is not covered
- Customized / private-label orders approved by sample are final (no change-of-mind returns).
- Damage from misuse, dropping, or exposure to heat/solvents.
- Loss or theft after delivery.
How to claim
Send photos of the defective item(s) and your order number via WhatsApp or email. We respond within one business day and arrange a replacement or credit.
