Trade terms
We ship under the term that suits your business:
- EXW — pick up at our factory (lowest product cost; you arrange freight).
- FOB — delivered to the port of loading.
- CIF — cost, insurance & freight to your destination port.
- DDP — delivered to your door with duties & taxes paid (available for major markets).
Lead time
- Ready stock: 48 hours to dispatch.
- Non-stock / custom colors: 15–25 days.
- Private label / OEM: 25–35 days, including custom packaging.
Tracking & support
Every shipment gets a tracking number. Our team shares photos of the packed cartons before dispatch and stays with you until delivery is confirmed.
